Common questions

No. There's no monthly fee and no cost to register. You only ever pay when you choose to accept a specific job: a flat €2 for a standard job or €7 for an Urgent one, deducted from a wallet you top up yourself. Skip a job and it costs nothing.

After you sign up, an admin reviews your account before you can accept jobs. This protects customers, and it's also what makes your company's rating and badges mean something to them. It's usually quick, and you can set up your profile, wallet, and staff while you wait.

You choose. Self-serve mode lets any available staff member accept an open job directly. If you'd rather stay in control, turn it off and accept-then-assign jobs to a specific employee yourself. Either way, customers only ever see "the company," never which staff member is involved.

Yes. Generate a read-only API key from your dashboard's Integrations page and pull your jobs, performance stats, and account/verification status as JSON into whatever you already run. There's also a one-click calendar subscription (ICS) for Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar if that's all you need.
